wow. do you think it all? do you have any clue how much bandwidth HD content uses? not to mention the program you are using is not the content HOST. The commercials are put there by the content host NOT the playon software. The software is merely a middleware transcoder to allow you to access the content on external media hosts such as HULU, cbs and whatnot.

I started using PlayOn last week after I read that I can use my Popcorn Hour to watch from my Netflix account. It works just fine. Same with watching through my PS3. I actually haven't tried the 360 yet, but I'm sure I'll have the same results.

What it boils down to, though, is if it's worth buying. The 360 will support Netflix for free after the update next month, and I can already access YouTube, etc., throught my PH.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but this software (although it is pretty cool) only acts as some kind of content host from your PC, right? By that I mean your PC receives the content from Hulu, CBS or whatever, and then forwards it on to the 360. If that is the case, I'm a little disappointed. I was hoping for a client that was based ON the 360. Netflix already offers a standalone box that can "watch now" and directly output to the TV...so why can't the 360 do the same thing?
