It's a pretty much stock xbox with 2 controllers av cables and the power cord. With a softmod asking for $80 + shipping obo. I've been trying to sell this for a while so I'm very open to reasonable offers.

I also have a psp that I want to sell. it's a version 2.6 and comes with the 1 gb stick, a car charger, house charger, and a stainless steel carrying case. asking $140 shipped.
