I don't suppose anyone has an idea of where I could be going wrong?

The video has to be 4.1 level anything above wont play. Use yamb or media info to check the level. Also on my own setup I need to rename xbox 360 compliant mp4 files from .mp4 to .avi, Then my 360 will play them.
