Yeah the nslu2 seems to be getting a lot of airplay on here these days... im one of the people helping others to get it up and running. In answer to your question using a nslu2 and twonky makes no difference as to the files supported by the xbox360. It will play all the files it natively supports but any file that fails to play via external hdd or streamed from a pc will still not play.
