well, with the hypervisor exploit, its possible to run unsigned code, however, it requires a copy of king kong to be used each time as a boot disc, it requires a flashed firmware, and it requires that you have a kernel version prior to the fall '06 update (which you have if you've played gears of war or any game released after that).

at the current time the only software available for it is linux.

If you go to XBMC's website, right on there front page, they are recruiting developers for a LINUX port...read into that what you will.
