Naah, streaming music requires your computer to be on to stream the content. You could go get a crappy old computer, put linux on it, and use it as a file server. That wouldn't use much power and would do what you wanted.

Or, instead of going and setting up a whole computer to leave on, you could just use an external HDD and store your music on that to stream to your 360.

As already said, your computer needs to be running in order to stream music from it.

Your only other alternatives would be to follow what 'growlley' and 'JustDanMI' suggested.
