Who Has Bright Leds For Cheap

who has the cheapest leds on here because i really dont want to pay at a retail store that only includes 2 for $3.99 i know some of you sale them for like 75cents to $1 let me know on what you have also im looking for some one you can make me a jewel mod in bright blue or at least hook it up with the wireing if you can help me out lmk. thanks again for your time and for looking in  :beer:

nuff said? heh under construction doesn't say much at all my friend.. anyway, i'm looking for a reliable led supplier as well.. i've been trying to find someone selling 3mm blue/red (bi-color) leds, who don't try to kill me with shipping costs.. i can accept the fact that these leds may cost like 2 bucks, that's fine (although i'd like to find em cheaper hehe), but how is someone going to charge 6-8 bucks shipping for a single stinkin LED?
so anyone got some blue/reds?
