Creative Vision M Player

I have a creative Vision M player that plays video and is 30GB. aNy one has any idea how i can have my xbox 360 recognize it when i plug it in usb slots in the console. since it is not recognizing this Mp3 player nor it is recognizing the Apple video IPOD. it does recognize my camera so please help. thank you
