H264 And Mkv Files

Never used tversity, but I heard it works good for those without MCE (I don't know if it will transcode mkv though).  As for transcode360 I've personally used (have to have MCE) and had great results, and had no problem transcoding .mkv files (just keep in mind transcode360 is processor heavy.
