Yeah, this guys a joke. I ordered stuff back on the 10th and he said he'd ship them in 3-4 days. I still dont have my money or my games and about the only thing good i can say for him is he answers his emails. Unfortunately, he doesnt do anything else. I sent several emails wondering when i would get them and never got an answer, although he would respond. When he sent me to the boiling point, I demanded my money back and all I have so far is an email from him saying i'm being immature. WTF?? Bad, bad, bad customer relations if you ask me.
I have saved ALL of the corresponding emails showing his ignorance and poor service incase he posts a negative vibe about me in response to this. I would be happy to show his true colors regarding promises not kept, but for the rest of you dont waste your time and money like I did.
On a positive note though, I did find a guy who does deliver on his promises, and ironically, I ordered from him 15 days after this joker and I already have my stuff! Imagine that. I'll try to get the "good guy" to post a thread in here as he delivers on what he promises.
