Let's try this again.  EnigmaTL is in the pitcher's plate score is EnigmaTL 2, premodders 0 with 2 outs.  www.premodded.com took too long and www.playthegames.com is great batting a thousand but they don't have an OpenXbox yet and all they sell are Enigmah chips (til the openxbox comes out) and www.extreme-mods.com is up to bat for the game!

They have a phone number on their website and I called it.  They promised me they would ship my xbox out tomorrow premodded with an X-ecutor chip premodded.  After a hard swallow, I asked myself wheather I want the openxbox and flashability at the cost of $40-$60 more plus a 3 week wait and the answer did take several seconds to come on but after weighing in the facts and the big question, "What more could possibly be added to the bios at this point?"  The answer was an emphatic "Hell no!"  I am sick of waiting and I have enough money that if flashability were to mean anything major in the next few months, I'd get another xbox modded with the OpenXbox and sell this one EASILY.

With that said, and with extreme-mods promising me I could have my xbox shipped tomorrow, that puts the xbox in my hands before the weekend which puts the hard drive I've had here sitting FOREVER in my xbox this Friday evening and that's what it's all about!

I'll play now and worry about what if's later.

I'll let everyone know if extreme-mods makes the cuts for me.  If they do, then that means we have two good premodders that I know of. That's nothing but good news.  Let's see how this one goes.

cool man, awesome, i wanted xecutor just for the fact that u cut 1 wire, solder bridges and just flash onboard, with homebrew evox 2.3 i'd just have to cut another wire and turn the mobo upside down maybe, thats form my point of view, so ill be happy with my evox 2.3 xbox. Btw, its supposed to go out today...

                   i used to let your posts slide, but you are a real piece of work.  I don't want to assume too much and say that you are working undercover for this company, but i will, without hesitation or the risk of error, say that you are indeed an unashamed fan boy.  There is no need for you to hype up this company as much as you have.  Perhaps you want to inform readers of this forum about a good company.  Fine.  Perhaps you don't want to readers to be scammed.  Great.  But the way that you have hyper-saturated this forum with your blatant advertisements is uncalled for.  For me, your spamming has caused me to doubt the legitimacy of this company...sort of ironic since it's the opposite of the message you are trying to send.  You spout of the same line every single time--like a car salesman--they have a phone number, five years of experience, and a physical location.  Hearing the same person recite this over and over again really doens't do me any good, especially when i personally do not have access to this phyiscal store.

Yes I got very annoyed by one company and when I read that other people are getting the same treatment and that is BULLSHIT and I decide I was gona post about it I, I decided I was gona start a push for paypal disputes when a company was seemingly ignoring us for A WEEK AND A HALF and then, I decided to post my personal experiences with companies!

Am I "working undercover?"  Oh yea that's why this is the FIRST MESSAGE I ever posted about extreme-mods.  I also posted good things about playthegames.com see I am a double agent, I moonlight on both companies GET REAL AND LEARN TO READ!

And yea it's more than a pitch to say a company has a phone number, a warannty, and a walk-in location, and doesn't accept paypal.  These are signs of a company that won't either rip you off or make you wait forever for your box.  And I'm sorry but when I lay $300 on the table I want to know where the hell my box is and I want an answer now.  Not ignored.

And yes the time has come to put light on the shade and to show where the integrity is.  And I pointed to TWO companies

And, I'll say here that it looks like from what premodded is telling me that they too appear to gear themselves up to be signs of integrity, honesty, and trustworthyness.  I hope that happens and I'll be the first to admit it when I'm sure without a shadow of a doubt because I want it to be so just because the premodded.com guy is so nice on im.

Now, if YOU have such a problem with me pointing out companies worth going to then you my friend not me must be one of those "under cover workers" for a more shady company and I'm just talking to people who want their Xboxes and not a bunch of bullshit.  If that's not you then please move the hell on cause you won't like the next message I'm about to post for the others who I promised an update for.

EXTREME-MODS.COM DELIVERS

Well, they e-mailed me a tracking number TODAY the same day I ordered.  Now they told me on the phone they try for the next business day but I guess because I ordered early, I got in under the wire.  SAME or NEXT DAY, the packages leave their location.  I gota hand it to them, extreme-mods is looking like a winner to me.  Will tell anyone who is interested how it went when the box arrives.

                   Yo GTac, I ordered today and got a tracking number today.  Will hae my xbox on Wednesday but I'm still hoping to hear that premodded's xbox works well.  And why would you go through all that to flash a sportyx chip when all you need to do is change the TSOP chip?  I just sold 4 of em today but you can get some from www.technodevices.com (Oh god here goes gona get called a spammer again and told I work for them.  WTF ever!) your wait time will be about 15 days cause you're dealing with another country and you don't know what you're paying since the money is in pounds so I suggest you use an online money converter.  Other than that it was a smooth transaction but I tell you this because you probably don't want to cut a wire and flip open the motherboard when premodded is just using a simple 29f080-like chip.  So, if you were to order the same chip, you could use an eprom programmer or a pc motherboard to flash.

But if you chose to make the system flashable through evox, let me know how that went.  I've been wanting to try it.

danm.... i dont have a mobo to do anything or programmer, i wanted to flash the onboard, yeah it sucks to have to go trhu all that, but the guy is also woring on hoe to flash the homebrew itself. I guess ill end up flipping the mobo and cutting some cables.

Did u order a premodded Xbox from extreme-mods or what I dun thin k u mentioned it or i didn't read it anyways.   I have ordered a Xios (homebrew) with the evox 2.3 bios.  I sent it by mail order so it took about a week to get there.  Once it got there I got the tracking number and everything.  It should be at my door either today or tomm.  Thesse guys are legit.  Dun worry this time if u ordered a premodded Xbox.

Just to put the wraps on this thread, yes my prremodded Xbox came earlier today (Wednesday afternoon) at around 2:30 only 2 days after I placed the order.  The system works great, free of issues, and survived the additional surgery I had to put on it to upgrade it's hard drive.  Thank you Extreme-mods for a job well done at a very reasonable price.

                   Well, I'm glad to see one of us has came out a victor in this twisted game of unorthadox companies(premodded.com) and what not.  Now you have your xbox, gtac has his broken xbox, in which he takes apart and uses object for certain unspeakable things, and I should have an xbox soon.
