Your order was placed on the 28th. It shipped on the 29th. We have been extremely busy with the holidays and are backed up on e-mails for the next few days still. You should be recieving your order in the next couple days as it has already been 7 business days since your item left our hands heading towards Canada.

Ordered two chips. Got them in acouple of days. Support was slow, so I advise people to use xbox-scene.com to help find tips to fix your problem

I got an reply now atleast. The e-mails weren't getting through to my servers or something which is why i didnt get one  biggrin.gif

His package got tied up at customs we have since refunded him. We also sent him copies of several e-mails that we sent to him in reply to his numerous e-mails (about 12 in the span of 72 hours) that somehow did not get delivered. He contacted us via AIM and we sorted it out.

These guys are great. I ordered 50 Aladdin Chips on Monday, they shipped on Tuesday and I got them on Thursday. They were even cool enough to include a set of 50 header pins for FREE...I strongly reccomend them!!! I will definatetly be using them again

wellll.. shipping seemed to prove fast, justa  mixup at post office, but i still dont have my cheapmod, im sure an email will clear this up..

emailed impactmods the same day i posted about finding a magic 3 instead of cheapmod, they requested shipping info and said a cheapmod would be on its way.., still nothing in my mailbox... i guess its time for another email

I wrote them and they were pretty quick to respond and promise me a new chip immediately, but it's been a week since that email and i have nothing to show for it. I ordered a chip from clevermod.com on 10-27-04 and it's now in my xbox. I'm glad others have had a good experience with impact mods, and i'm not really upset about it (it was only a 7 dollar purchase after all), but i must say i'm not terribly impressed. Hopefully i will indeed recieve my cheapmod though, as it would come in handy.
