I ordered (2) SmartXX chips from them with a deadline I had to meet in order to do some mod-chip installs. They told me they could meet the deadline, and they met the deadline. I was very happy with the transaction. Their communication skills make them easy to deal with and give you a high level of comfort with your transactions. All my emails were answered within 24 hours. Customer service is key to me, and they do a great job.

I would highly recommend them for business dealings. I will be checking with them for all my xbox-mod needs.

Placed and order on 5/13/04 @ 4:45 PM EST, received 2 sets of the SmartXX+LCD combo for a GREAT price on 5/14/05 @ 10:38 AM EST, less than 24 hours later. Im in Florida and these guys are in Canada and I already got it, this is awesome. A+++++ in my book. They really should be an Approved Resller by SmartXX. Anyone needing chips, in the US and Canada at least, should definately go thru XMods.ca.

I just ordered a Crystal Xbox from this representative, via PM. He is very nice to speak with and said my box should ship out tomorow...Ill edit this Thread when i get the box and tell you how the experiance went.

Third time using these guys and once again superb service. Replied lightning fast to my emails, and shipped chips out same day I ordered them. 3 SmartXXs over night, excellent service, I will keep on using these guys. I recommend anyone in North America to check these guys out.

I bought a Samsung drive from them. The service was extremely fast!! The drive was shipped as soon as payment was recieved and was here in 2 days. It was packed very safely as well.

Very highly reccomended!!!!

I placed an order with xmods.ca for the premodded xbox system with the xenium modchip. I have to say that his company is simply the best place to order! They are excellent to responding back to inquiries very fast. I admit I emailed them a whole bunch of times and usually they would get back to me on the same day or the next day thoroughly detailing each email message. As for quality control, they are excellent too! My premodded xbox looks like it just came out of the factory! If any out there is looking for a place to buy modchips or premodded xbox's I have to say that xmods.ca is simply the best and I'll be damned if anyone out there can beat there speed of shipping, customer service, and excellent quality control. Good job xmods.ca!

I'll have to add my own positive comments about Xmods. I inquired about a Xenium Ice chip and shipping on the July 22nd. Received two e-mail responses in less than an hour and placed my order via Canada Xpress Post on the 23rd. The package arrived on Monday July 26th. Just fantastic service and very prompt. I'll definately be doing business with these guys again.

Dunno, I ordered a SmartXX from them over two weeks ago. Got an email right away telling me there would be a delay as they were waiting on stock (end of the week). End of the week has come and gone 7 days ago and I havent had an answer to any of my emails since. Are they slipping?

I just want to say I don't usually go around giving testimonials, but I was very happy with the service xmods.ca gave me so here we go....

I originally ordered myself a ps2 modchip and was having problems installing, after asking the people I bought it from for help, all they would ever say is "well that could be any of 1000 things" and that sort of thing. Never anything helpful, the closest they came to helping me was to charge me another $90 + shipping to have a look at my ps2.. Screw that I thought and looked for another source of help.

Well, lucky for me I found xmods.ca and they helped me get my ps2 back up and running. I was very happy with the service and my ps2 works 100% now with all mod functions. I was so happy I went back to the team at xmods.ca to get my xbox modded approximately 2-3 weeks after doing my ps2. Wish I had just done the xbox to start with but had originally been afraid to do so as everything I read made it sound so difficult. Well, xmods.ca made it a very easy process for me and got me modded and setup quick. Kudos to team xmods.ca

Really fast service, and works like a charm. Haven't had a single issue and any questions are answered quickly and not a wrong step taken with anything. As well after finding out about xmods.ca and talking with them you know they got the experience and don't take short cuts.
