Xbox 360 And Media Connect Issues

I am trying to connect my Xbox to my PC and it will not work. I can install Windows Media Connect fine, but it will never show my Xbox in the device list. I've broken down my network into a simple crossover cable connecting my PC and my Xbox. I put my PC as 192.168.1.20, and my Xbox as 192.168.1.21 and both in 255.255.255.0. When I load up Ethereal, I can see the broadcast packets being sent out by the Xbox. I have uninstalled every antivirus, antispyware, and firewall program I could find on my machine, as well as disabling Windows Firewall.

Nothing will make this work...does anyone have any ideas where I might be going wrong?
