I have a linux and a windows xp (home) pc and I was wondering if there was software or registry haxoring that we could do or a diff program that would emulate the feature of MCE that makes it MCE so that the xbox 360 would let us stream video from a reg pc.

whats the chances of that ?

You could just install MCE, cough torrrents cough, or run it through VMware or VirtualPC.

Mah... Its my dad's pc. just for kicks I down---- I mean installed MCE on my laptop but I run linux so thats not gonna stay for long....
