FAT32 can be multi TB if needed but XP doesn't allow you to create over 32GB (stupid MS) search for a WinME boot disc, create the partition in dos, format it and you should be set. (if you have a ME/98 system you can do a quickformat after rebooting, I don't recall if XP can format it afterwards)
