Xbox-Wired.com is currently under new management as of early July.

We have yet to open up shop as we are still in the process of properly setting up our operation.

"It has been brought to our attention through various sources that a former owner of XBOX-WIRED, which is no longer affiliated in any way with XBOX-WIRED.com has been passing fraudulent charges on past customers credit cards.

We have been in contact with many people regarding this scam including the Credit Card companies that were used by this fraudster.

We encourage everyone to promptly, if they havent already, issue a chargeback ASAP for the amounts that were fradulantly charged to their credit cards.

If anyone needs additional information for your credit card company when filling a claim please contact us via PM or preferably email at [email protected] and we will gladly share any and all information that we have available to us.

This is BS, I made an order to this company on Nov.22nd, '05 and have not received my order to date 12-03-05. I sent emails to [email protected] and have not received any reply. So the message above is fake, and this Tony S. must also be the culprit. My credit card has been charged $100 and no merchandise. This is clearly internet fraud and should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. My order # is 10139106
and my order was for (XICE) Xenium ICE XBOX Mod Chip ($45.00) X 2 = $90.00. Xbox-scene please stop referring this site if they are not legitimate.!!

Placed an order Dec 1st . Selected incorrect shipping type (Europe instead of USA) emailed them no repose. Now Dec 6th No one is picking up the phone, no one returning emails.. ([email protected]) Is not responding to my emails No shipping or tracking info sent yet I picked this company because it was advertised on this site.. This needs to be corrected

Wow, another reason to read these forums before I purchase. I went to their site cause it was featured on the xbox-scene front page and this site is freakin awesome!

Anyway, I made a purchase on Thursday the 8th, and I haven't heard anything still.

I sent a couple emails, no replies. I tried calling, no answer, but I'm on PST time, so I'll try calling tomorrow. But so far, nothing. I'm gonna see if my bank will return the funds if I can't get a hold of them by tomorrow.

Has anyone heard anything about their own orders yet?

I do recommend that anyone with long standing issues with any shop, and have uses payment methods like VISA or PAYPAL to contact them and investigate your options. Time is usually of the essence.

We will do what we can from our end to help sort this. It might not be much though.

I recommend, that anyone still having outstanding issue and not satisified with the non-responsiveness of that shop contact their CC company or Paypal or whatever and file a complaint, For fraud, etc.. and possibly contact your local authorities.

I do hope the This shop isn't yet another that roll over and ran off with peoples funds. I'm still hopeful that some of you will get some satisfaction. All the facts regarding this shop aren't all in yet so I won't condemn them completely. Yet.

Xbox-Wired.com . I haven't heard any details as the dispuit process with my credit card company is handled online. I'm glad it only took two weeks. A few more of these dispuits and maybe the powers that be will see a trend and shut these people down. Thanks to the moderators HSDEMONZ and Xantium for stepping up. Big thanks to Divenio for sending my S.P. Ice mod chip the next day. I hope everyone was successful as me in getting a refund from Xbox-Wired.com. Happy Modding!!

I ordered a chameleon mod chip from xbox-wired.com and was surprised. These guys have excellent live customer support, they send yo **** first thing in the morning and also send the 1.3 version (latest version) of the chameleon chip. I found their order tracking to be accurate and received my package swiftly. I still cannot tell anybody who reads this exactly how superb their customer support is. Its a couple of geniuses who aren't looking for your account and order info for half an hour while your on the line, and are willing to help you for prolonged periods of time. I recommend purchasing that new dms x-b.i.t mod chip from these guys when it comes out cuz of a great price and you can rest assured they will get it the second it comes out.

Ordered a premod xbox and It shipped the same day!These guys are great.They helped me choose everything I needed right over the phone without feeling rushed.I had It shipped next day air and it arrived the very next day without delay.The package was very well wrapped to protect it from damage and my xbox worked perfect right out of the box.Great price too!I would HIGHLY recommend these guys for any xbox needs.
