JIMBONE*** The XBox was supposed to be a gift for my kid brother and since I ordered it a month in advance I would have expected it to be in my hands way before Xmas. Now I have to wait till they get back from vacation which means I ordered and paid for my XBox 2 months in advance. Also, last time I checked great customer service is not sought out by PMing Nolga or any one given individual. It's an effort the whole company provides.
