Overall satisfied with my order.

I ordered on December 9 with Fedex Ground shipping to Canada. The order was finally shipped on December 22 and they upgraded the shipping to Fedex priority in order to get my chips before Christmas. I ended up receiving my order the day after. Even though there was a big delay in the process, I highly appreciate the fact that they upgraded my shipping at no cost.

I had a few shipping issues with System-Mods for my order. However, their (specifically Nolga) treatment of my situation and sincere desire to actually help me was impecable. Far above any other chip seller. They are completely professional and I would most definitely recommend them. Just check out how Nolga and others deal with issues in this forum and on their site. Any problems I originally had with them are removed and I am astonished at how great they have been. Definitely THE choice for mods.

I've ordered from SMT before no problems.  only problem I've had as of late is trying to order 5 more.  I called on Friday and he said more 2.3 lites were going into stock on monday, monday came not in stock yet so call ed and he said tuesday.  so called on tuesday and they said that they should get them in on tues night.  tried last night(tues) and the shopping part of the site was down woke up this morning and none in stock:P

We have 2.3b Pro's instock but were all on vacation until Jan the 3rd.  Orders will start shipping Jan the 3rd.

As far as Lites and lite+'s go.  We placed our order with team xecuter last week and expect them in the First week of January.

I received my x2 lite 2.3 plus chip a week ago.  I installed it via the usb and had all the pins aligned perfectly.  The green and the blue lights lit up fine.  Every time I enable the chip I get a FRAG (red/green flashing light).  I have re-installed the chip about 3 times and still the saame problem.  I think the chip was not flashed with the correct bios.  My XBOX is fine because I installed another x2 lite plus 2.2 in it and it works.  It has to be the chip.  I write them an email a week ago and still have not heard back.  I would like to get my money back but they do not reply.  I am VERY sorry that I purchased from this place.  First they sell me a faulty chip and then they do not reply to me.

Dear Jeb68, Im sorry you feel this way about us, but if you have read the news on the website we are on vacation currently till Jan 3rd, at that point when we come back what you will need to do is fill out an RMA form on our website and your chip will be replaced or reflashed as necessary, if you have any further questions you can PM me.

Hyperice, you should be able to place the order on an item only if it says it is instock on the left hand side, if the item is not instock and you try to place it in the cart it will pop up with a message saying that it is not possible to order that item at the moment, anything that is instock that your order will not be shipped until Jan 3rd as we are closed until then.

JIMBONE***  The XBox was supposed to be a gift for my kid brother and since I ordered it a month in advance I would have expected it to be in my hands way before Xmas.  Now I have to wait till they get back from vacation which means I ordered and paid for my XBox 2 months in advance.  Also, last time I checked great customer service is not sought out by PMing Nolga or any one given individual.  It's an effort the whole company provides.  If it continues like this I will do what you suggested.  Thank you for your sympathy, kiddo.
