Dbol: I am very sorry this was not our Customer Services fault this was plain and simple my fault.  I have been very busy and didnt get to until today.  i shipped it out this morning. i apologize for the delay i had to ship alot of packages to christmas peeps can get theire stuff but you matter to us also and you will have your usb connector.

Service was ok, i've seen faster from online webshops, it took two days for my product to be shipped, i'm waiting for my xecuter lite to arrive.

I am French and ordered a Xecuter 2.3 Lite+ on December 11.

I received my modchip 7 days after ... A very good delay !!

I asked them to write down for the customs that this shipping is a gift or a replacement sending so that i would not be charged by the french customs.

Nolga, the guy who looks after the shipping stuff, told me that he could not declare this shipping as a gift or a replacement, but he decided by himself, to declare it a a 20 US$ shipping, so that the french customs did NOT charge me at all.

By this message i just wanted to thank all the System Mods staff and especially Nolga who made a great job on my shipping.

I ordered a 2.3lite on monday(12-15-03) and still haven't got it, it still says "In progress" on the website.  Today is friday.  I sent an email and got no response.  Order #22489

Got the chip on the 23rd, installed it the same day, had it ready on christmas eve.  Took a while to get to me but will probably do business with again.  Only thing that sucks was that I got a tracking number from them, checked it and the package was already on the truck, not very useful.

i orderd 2 X2.3 Lites on Wed 12/17/2003 got confermation email on 12/19 at 10:30pm that my pacakge was shipped. Not a really bad delay on shippping, 2 and a half days but i have gotten faster shipping from other places. I used amazon to order something and standard FedEX shipping took 3 days from day i orderd. My FedEX conform est delivery date is 12/26 and i also used standard shipping from SMT. I understand it is the XMAS season tho so i will be understanding. Hope to order again soon

EDIT:: Chips came in today, 2 days ahead of schedule, i installed both today and they are working fine. I installed both 2.3A lites on v 1.0 xboxes with a philips, and thompson drive and dispite all the reported problems with the USB power adapter ect after testing all seems fine, thanks again team X for the great product! and tahnks SMT for the products, now i can be happy for xmas!

Dear Customers

As someof you my wonder whats goign on with your orders.  They are being processed ands hipped over the week end.  We are doing the last batch of Domestic and Internationals Today.   Tracking nummbers will be updated tonight nad we will see what we missed if any.  If we did misse your order it will be overnighted to you so you can have it by the 24th.  

We received some 2.3 pro's that will be for Installs and Premods.  Which we are finishing up on monday.  Some installs will not make it for christmas since we cant afford to ship all 2.3 pro installs overnight.  How ever you will be the first in this universe to have the 2.3 pro's

Thank you all for choosing SMT for your modding needs and we will see you after the new years with over 30 new products.

Hi nolga - I ordered and received my chip abput a week ago but noticed that there is a 2.3b replacement chip out by Team Xecutor.  Was the 2.3a version that I got faulty??  I haven't installed the chip I got because I'm waiting for my xbox at Xmas.

I got my order confirm Email on 16/12 & its 22/12.
How long does it take to ship to Australia?

This is good news for people who have purchase FAKE Xecuter chips from modchipworld.com. Anyone with these chips should contact [email protected] to request their refunds

Seeing that all the processing is done automatic, your 'friend' must have placed two orders to get double charged.

Yea, and sitting here dealing with nolga, working basically 24 hours straight overnighting (without extra charge i might add) everyones orders to get it to them in time for christmas, i really doubt whom the people it is that "you know" that say he's "shady".  

PS - I had a friend of a friend who once knew a guy who said he was a mean person.

Reality defines facts, not supposed suggestions from people whom know someone. the fact is 99.9% of the orders placed get out very quickly from SMT. There are always lose ends, mistakes, and mishaps in every company in this world. One can only strive to do the best he can.

Sure, it was indeed the wrong chip and everyone is willing to admit mistakes. Though all you have to do is request a refund of the difference and bam, problem solved. However, requesting something that doesnt exist, and expecting prompt service is simply not rational.

If you have a legitimate complaint, please post you ORDER Number with the post.

Also.. do not post 3rd party "I know a friend of a friend who's baby-sitter ordered something..."

I just wanted to say that system mods has incredible customer service, at least from what i experienced. I ordered X-Ecuter 2.3 Lite
  • on 12/9/2003 and it shipped 2 days after by fedex, and fedex ended up loosing my package. So i called up fedex and they said that they thought it was deliverred and had no idea where it was, but they'd ask the driver about it. So after 5 days with no response, I called up system mods customer service. They said that they would ship another one for me (on the 21st no less) to arrive on time by christmas, using fedex overnight, at no extra charge. Thanks again for the quick fix, and keep up the great work.

I found ordering from SMT easier than LikSang.  My Xbox>>USB adapter arrived today, the day before Christmas eve, and I credit it the expedited shipping (FedEx) SMT offers.
