Order Number - 19709

I ordered 3 2.3 xecuter lites and they are all defective. I have been trying to access assistance on mirc and web tickets with no response. I even waiting for the programmer to come but it doesnt even recognize the chip, and yes I do know what I am doing. I have ordered from you before with excellent service but I would also like to fix this issue. If someone could contact me with further assistance I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

Order # 24591

I placed my order for an Xecutor 2.3b lite on 1/9/2004, and it arrived yesterday. My new Xbox should be arriving in the next day or so, so I will be doing the install this weekend.

So far, no complaints whatsoever. Fast shipping, and good customer service. I think a lot of people are complaining because they didn't do their research, and either ordered out of stick chips, or ordered while they were on vacation. Either way, you can't complain that you don't get your chip the next day if you don't do your research before hand. Read the news page, and don't pre-order out of stock chips if you aren't prepared to wait!

order number is 22816 , mine came with a bad switch (the bios switch portion is loose and only one bios can be flashed) i called them when they came back from vacation and spoke with John, he was not in the RMA dept and only took down my details and said if there was a problem I would receive a phone call

well no phone call and no new switch...so hey i figure its a small company and these guys probably partied a bit too much like most of us over the holidays , so i use their RMA section of their website, fill out everything fine...send...then get a blank email confirmation...this was last week some time... WTF ...my xbox works but i can only use one bios so its not the end of the world...i did order two chips before holidays and each one came within a week so delivery was fine...the other chip was for a friend and i installed it for him as a xmas present (unknown to him lol) and surprised him xmas eve ( so using his perfectly good switch would have been a shitty thing to do to a best friend)

so he got the working switch...now im kinda stuck wondering if they will even send me a replacement switch at all... i give this reseller a 7/10 rating cause i did get all my stuff on time, but quality was so so at best...i know they just sell the stuff , but you would think they would test the switch and take a nano second before sending it out

These ppl ARE FULL OF IT, the worst to deal with. second time i order and second time i wait forever to get a chip.

I order my chip on January 9th and it's been in progress since, no tracking number nothing.

apparently there e-mailing ticket is screwed up and when i go into there lvie chat they kick me out because i demand my money back.

I don't care how many orders you have to process the SECOND i see that you put them back in stock it means all of your previous orders have been shipped and done with but that's bullshit, they take orders ship what they can and claim they have al ot of orders to make although in reality they ran out of chips so they just stall us all, today i get back and i see they put on there website that they have items in stocks and ppl have been waiting for weeks for there own.

Don't deal with them, twice i dealt with them twice they pissed me off....

So far my experience with system-mods has been HORRIBLE. I ordered a premod during Christmas break (Dec. 24) with full understanding that they were on vacation and wouldn't be back until Jan 3. That was fine. I waited a couple days after Jan. 3, and then a couple more, and then tried contacting these guys, both by phone and through e-mail, to see when they were going to finish and ship out my x-box. This company, however, is severly lacking in customer support as I have yet to receive a message back from them. I've also been checking the "News" section of their site and they said last week that all premods would be completed by Jan 9/10... that was a complete lie. What annoys me even more is that long after they came back from vacation, they were still accepting order for premods. Why? You haven't even made mine yet (and I'm sure many other people's too) and I ordered in December. Why are you going too consider taking orders when you are obviously already backed up?

But this company wasted no time taking the order money out of my account though.

To Any System-Mods Employee: I just want to know when I'm going to get my x-box. That doesn't seem like too difficult or inappropriate a question to ask considering you have $378 of my money in your pocket already. Please e-mail me asap.

Order # 25525

I just placed a order of 10  last night with SMT.. my experience with them has been great.. this is my 3rd order, never had any problems other than a 2.1 lite chip that didnt reflash ( they resent me another one).  everyone has to understand they are the first on the scene with stock on 2.3B lite chips so they might be a bit overwhelmed at the moment.

and 8itgreat, you gotta understand these people deals with hundreds if not thousands of chips at a time.. so no i cant see them checking every external switch they send out.. also its not SMT's fault but the manufactuers responsiblity to make sure all products are fully working before shipping out to resellers. i have ordered from a few shops and always 1 out of 50 chips will have a loose switch on the external units ... somtimes its the enable/disable.. somtimes its the protect, unprotect or bios switches.. i even had switches that were screwed up bios & enable/disable..  just fill out the RMA and have some patience.. i'm sure Nolga at SMT will help you out..

anyways placed my order Jan/15/2004, i will post my review once my chips arrive so you all will see how well SMT handles thier customers and shipping time..

called my visa this morning they stated that the money has already been billed and transfered.
checked my order status and its still pending.. (it takes 2-4 business days for SMT to confirm with visa payment)

p.s > Nolga check your PM bro..

ORDER # 18487

Ok order from SMT if you like to wait forever and a day for your item.  If you start to read my posts from page 36 you will see the entire ordeal i have been dealing with.  Last week I was told by IRIEZ that it would be sent out on Friday.  Here we are one week later and still no premod.  I called yesterday and John finally took customer service to its proper place.  he went out to find out what the hell is going on with my RMA.  Got ahold of IRIEZ to ask him and he didn't know either.  So they tried to contact NOLGA and he was nowhere to be found.  John later called me back telling me all this information.  First time any one of their reps has done their research on my item.  Thank you JOHN you deserve my praise.  IRIEZ, why didn't you do this?  All I ask for is when you get my premod ready to send it to me 2nd day air and email me or PM me with the tracking number.  It's ridiculous to have to wait for an item 3 months when you have sold other premods of the same type and people have received them before I got mine.  lets hope this has a good ending.  IE I get my premod next Tuesday, with the right chip this time, and in working condition.

Order Number - 23854

Hello... I ordered a Pre-mod xbox from you guys while you were on vacation back on the 27th and have still yet to receive it.  All i want to know is if you guys have mailed out my order yet... and if not, when will you be mailing it?  I've been waiting for almost 3 weeks now and I'm starting to wonder if this site is for real or if i just got ripped off 400 bux.  I understand you guys were on vacation before, but just give me an idea of how much longer i'll be waiting.  Thanks.

Well I cant give this place enough props.  I sent my xbox in for an install,  I had my own modchip but didnt know if it was defective or not, so I gave them orders that if they found my chip to defective I would purchase a new one.  I sent my xbox via ups,  its 13.00 for shipping from Florida,  it took over a wk to get there.  According to the tracking via UPS they received it at 6pm.  The next morning I received an email that my xbox was done and gave me a fedex tracking#.  They shipped to me prioity overngiht (I only paid for basic ground delivery) and had my xbox the following morning at 9:30am.   I was very impressed.  Will order again from them!
