Well, it worked for me

Go to creative.com, download the latest firmware, install it on your Zen (it will delete ALL files on your Zen). And after the upgrade, the xbox 360 will regonize the Creative Zen Touch.

What version firmware is it because I have 1.0.3 which seems to be the latest?

No, 2.0.10 or something is the latest. It does add a new technology or something to your Zen, called PlayForSure.

Yeah thanks, took a while to find it cos if you google zen firmware to download it brings up 1.0.3 thanks for the help, it works great now

Just had to do the same. Creative call it an "Enhancement" to the "PlaysForSure".

Sounds to me more like a "patch" to the "playsOnXbox360"

I'm really angry MS took all their time supporting the iPod and took no time to check it would work with all the PlaysForSure media players. (You know, the ones it SHOULD work with??)
