Sure, I'll reply to you with a date and time. Right now we're really backed up with Xbox work both locally and nationally. All Xboxes have been shipped out, or will be by tomorrow.

Ryan,

Hey I'm moving back to east within the next 2 days. I never got the chance to ask you, but do you do nationwide work? I'm going to want to get another modded system so I'm unsure if you do work nationwide. THANKS for the kick ass xbox you modded for me. I'll talk to you later.

Ryan,
I have emailed you and posted on this forum many times, trying to get some sort of response as to when or if you are going to repair my v1.6 XBOX and rewire my LPC, if the repair went well.  You recieved it on 06/30/05 per the FEDEX tracking number I sent you.  If I do not receieve a response by 09/01/05 I will have to assume you do not intend to hold up your end of the bargain.  I realize you are busy, but all I am asking for is a specific response in regards to my repair.

Thank you for your time,

Matt

mad.gif Not entirely pleased with the work done on my fully custom Xbox Premod that I ordered. Here are the problems I emailed him about SEVERAL TIMES - with no reply, apology or offer of correction:

1. Error code 06 from day one (Unable to unlock HD) from a 250GB HD supplied by him, occasional but with increasing frequency until I had to keep the Xbox 'ON' constantly in order to use it.

2. Repeatedly stated in e-mails and in final order that I wanted the latest (at that time) Xecuter X3 CE on the white board. What I got was his instock X3 first edition on purple board. Nor was the OS the corrected latest release I was expecting with this version.

3. Being the old chip version rather than the CE that I ordered, the chip mod was hard wired and ALL SOLDER JOINTS ON THE PCB WERE COVERED IN HOT GLUE! Removal for correction of an intermittent connection was a pain (modders should NEVER do this).

4. Custom box mods were done out of his shop by someone else, who does shi**y work, and broke the plastic DVD support bracket when modifying for large fan clearance. I had to steal the DVD bracket from my old Xbox to support the special Turbo DVD drive. Yet Ryan passed this clugge job.

Again, no reply to my e-mail dissapointment, no apology, no offer of correction. Not good customer support here.

I would clearly say though that HIS quality of work was excellent (ignoring the hot glued solder connections), and that he supplied everything else that I ordered. I would rate at 4.5 out of 5 stars.

His after sales customer support is non-existing. I would rate at 1 out of 5 stars.
