Xbox Live Support Leaking Console Banning Information!

Heres my theory from the info I got - >

Person on the phone basically told me that they can tell if ANYTHIN has been modified inside the machine, apparently when the console gets banned so does the hard drive so if u try puttin the hd on your new unbanned console it will deff get banned, game saves and gamer profiles have information from games that they can detect whether its a copied game or not, even if you have a flashed console and play ONLY geniune games, ull still get banned, also asked "What is it about the copied game that gets you banned ?" They said, Everythin about the disc, the data and by the discs information etc
