this may be a stupid question, but this is really annoying, so I am hoping someone can help me out.

I modded my xbox with smartxx like 2 months ago, everything is fine, it runs good and everything, but I mean I didn't play too much in past 2 months, and I just got S.Cell 2 and Riddick yesterday both backup. and I noticed that I have to press the button very hard in order for the xbox to recongize my command, and few other games are just like that too. however, the D-pad, trigger and analog sticks are very normal.

At first, I was thinking maybe I got a sticky buttons or whatever, but I got 3 controllers and 1 wireless controller. And all of them are doing the same thing. the Logitech wireless controller is even worst, I have to smash the button for it to recongize.

However, most sports games worked fine, halo is very normal too me, I press the button lightly, it will recongize. so I don't know what is wrong, and I am hoping someone on the forum might be able to help me out.
