Ok, here are the answers to your questions...  

1) Yes, I will include the BIOS that you need for your 1.6 Xbox.
2) Yes, I install my chips so that my customers can switch between the MS BIOS for Xbox Live and the hacked BIOS (EvoX in your case) to play backups and other homebrew apps.
3) Same as question 2.
4) Yes, you can deliver the Xbox here and pick it up in a couple days or so.
5) I will gladly install the hard drive for free.  
6) Like said before, maybe a couple days or so. I can't guarantee anything, but definitly not over a week if you deliver it.
