Also note: If you ever want to get onto "Live" you'll need your orginal HD back. Make sure the installer will give you back your drive.

All my previous customers that play on XBLive with a larger HD have had no problems at all. Swapping your HD back can get you banned now, read:

QUOTE
Xbox Banning Due To Drive Size?
>> From www.teamxtender.com

Currently there are issues with people getting banned on Xbox live for a number of reasons. There are many reasons people think of that this is happing... here are the following reasons:
1. The Marriage Theory: When you go on XBL with an Xbox MS marries your EEPROM to your HD serial in their database. ~Gumba
2. LPC scan: checks to see if you have a modchip installed.
3. HD contents check: checks to see if you have any illegal code on your C: and E: partions of your Xbox...

We personally tested all theories and the only one that makes sense is the marriage theory.

If you have already gone on XBLive with a HD that I've installed, then change back to your original afterwards, you are at high risk of your EEPROM being banned under the "Marriage Theory". All HDs I install have the same exact EEPROM as before, so XBLive will not have seen any difference at all. Why would I be installing HDs just so you have to open your Xbox up and reinstall your old one?

Why are you are telling people to change their HD (HD serial number) back just to get banned? You are also trying to start arguments on other people's topics, which may result in a ban from x-scene, please be more mature about this.

Hey guys i just got my XBOX back from Ryan, It was a pretty big project for him, so it did take some time, however i am VERY happy with the end result.  The craftsmanship is excellent, and everything looks so professional.  If you need an XBOX modder, stop right here, EXCELLENT WORK.

Once again Ryan thank you for everything, you will be getting more business from me, as well as some of my friends.

I was promised a return of my HD some time ago.  Never received.  FACT

blink.gif I never had any problems getting my box modded by Ryan, if he said he sent the drive, it then it's in the mail.

Will be sending my Xbox to him tomorrow. (Saturday, 4th of December). I'll post back about his service. Also, if he doesn't take the pictures himself, I will, then post it here for people to see his work.

Hey, thanks for the feedback. You have to post some pics of your Xbox I did, it was by far the best premod I've done before. My friends love the color scheme of blue, (blue colormodded bios, blue Xenium Internal and External LEDs, blue LED controller ports, blue eject light, blue LED fan, cleared jewel w/blue LED ring) and now want theirs all done. Have fun! -Ryan

ktm300: What's been going on, haven't heard from you in a while, and plus I'm rarley on IM programs, how's your Xbox going?

I Just want to say thanks to Ryan for modding my Xbox he did a great job. The thing works perfectly. All my friends are drooling over my hot rod xbox. Ryan put in a new 120g hard drive and replaced a DVD drive that was on its last leg. He also added more games and programs than I'll eber have time to play. Thanks again Ryan. The mod was worth every penny and a lot more.

John

Hey John, thanks. Have fun with your mods at the shop, you have a sic setup with your Xbox online there. I have lowering springs for my hatch, and when I get that done, I'll hit you up for a "www.ChipInABox.com" or "ChipInABox Console Mods" vinyl for my civic. Thanks again for your business. -Ryan

Good idea, I get about 10+ Xboxes a week, and don't have too much time to take pics of all the ones I've done.

Finally got my HD after being persistant about harassing him to send me the drive.  Support in my experience,  was poor.

Asked for HD back in Early October finally sent November 30th.  I haven't tried the HD who know if it works as it was sent in a bubble wrap envelope, no box.  Hope your experience is better than mine.

Good luck.

Why don't you whine about the mods I did to your Xbox??

Told Again  cool.gif, thanks for all the bumps to the top! btw, there's a reason why the mods have been deleting your posts, lol.

You have voiced your opinion multiple times in this thread, don't post in it again.

When can I expect my system back? So I can take pics and let other people view them here.
