It depends where you are located. I mostly use FedEX and UPS for shipping. Right now the turnaround time will be the week after Christmas. Everyone else that has shipped their Xboxes to me will recieve them before Christmas.

I received my xboxs today. Two are in proper condition and the other two are not functioning correctly. One disk tray will not eject at all. And Another one simply won't read any discs (I've tried real games, backup'd games, DVD's, and other media). Please get back to me on how to fix these problems, I'm so let down that you sent me two nonworking xboxs. Email me at [email protected]

Thanks Ryan!  Just got my XBox and its a job well done.

This guy is cool.  I had a v1.6 and an Xecuter chip.  I first tried to do it myself, but I'm an unexperienced solderer.   So, after trying to rebuild the LPC, I gave up cause I couldn't do it.  So, I emailed Ryan, and he said he can do it for me.

After he installed it, it didn't work.  The Xecuter chip basically messed up my XBox.  Like no video, or after a couple of reboots, it would come up but freeze.  Basically, something's not right (there was a few threads on this issue with the  Xecuter chip).  And Ryan stands by his 100% parts and labor that he even bought me a new XBox and a Xenium ICE mod chip for free!  This guy is the best.

I have my new XBox thats modded.  I'm happy.
