          I tried to send you an email message at the email address we used during our tranaction but it is no longer valid.     You may have closed it because of this site.  But I was looking to see what all was on xbox today that i purchased on ebay  8126307349 and I made a mistake and changed a setting I think it said something like click a for pso or b for ntsb or something like that and when I clicked on one of them my tv screen started scrolling and I can’t get it to stop.  I can’t see the menu’s to change back.  Hope you can help.  I think I was in settings or application menu.  You should have my email.

Contacted by phone today at September 16, 2004 our new email address is [email protected]

Here is the instructions on how to get your system back to looking right

1. Under the Avalaunch Menu goto Applications
2. Goto Video Settings and select it, now you will load Enigmah-X
3. Now switch the screen back to NTSC mode and restart

This should solve the problem, any additional questions please don't hesitate to call or email us
