I do xbox and ps2 modchip installs in Fresno, CA.  $40 for ps2, $30 for xbox.  You supply the chip, or you can pay in advance and i'll order it for you.  Email me to make sure the chip is compatible with your system version.  I also do xbox tsop flashes, hard drive replacement, eeprom replacement, and discreet mod-disable switches .  i don't do v9 or v10 ps2's as they randomly die fairly often (from what I've heard).  I have lots of experience and have a 2-month guarantee on all mods.

I also have a few unused/unbanned eeproms(all procured ethically) for $10 each, $6 for each additional eeprom.
