I had my box back the next day with no issues and a fair price on the work did. Thought my box was dead after it started fragging, now its fine and all in one day.

This is the man! I did not even have a working xbox, or know how to use one until sat. In one afternoon, Rob repaired my unit, installed a chip and taught me how to use it. Knows what he is doing, does it fast, and he is a gracious host to boot. kudos, cheers, and THANKS!!!!
