Typically have been just a lurker within these forums, but the great work here really deserves a mention.  Dropped off 4 boxes (3 of which were 1.6s) with BigZ today who promptly completed them in an hour and a half.  Great price, great service, and everything's working perfectly.  What else could be asked for?

Kudos to ya BigZ!

Just had to drop in and say a few words about my experience with Zach.

In short, he's the man!

Zach has worked on my box twice - once for the initial mod, and again to install a larger hard drive.  In both cases he was extremely friendly, knowledgable, and completley true to his word.

After a brief meet to hand off the box, I chilled out where I was, and in a short amount of time he was back, modded box in hand.

Both changes have worked perfectly, and he has answered any questions I had via email, usually within hours.  His prices are completely reasonable.  I considered what I payed a real bargain, especially when weighed against the time I would have spent trying to do what he does.

I would recommend him to anyone considering having work done.  In fact, I thought highly enough of Zach and his work that I gave his resume to my company for consideration!

Lastly, for those that haven't met him in person, the nick BigZ is ~entirely~ appropriate.  I'm not a small guy by any means, but standing with Zach, I was looking right into his chest.  The dude has to be at least 6' 7", maybe more!

Zach, when are we going to see your debut in the Ultimate Fighting Championship?

This guy is the best...Marvelous Mods up in Rockville got the work first, and failed to get it working.  He gave it a good effort (through the flu) to try and get it working over the course of a week, but couldn't seem to get it going. sad.gif  I was about to give up when I remember that he had mentioned this other guy on the other side of the Beltway.

I emailed [email protected] to see if he could help me and he got back to me immediately and told me to bring it by the next day.

I met him down in Waldorf, dropped it off, and went and walked around the mall with the wife for a few.  This one took a bit longer than usual, because apparently previous attempts with the mod chip had loosened some solder on the chip.

So he REPAIRED THE X3 chip for me (above and beyond the call of duty)...and got it working.  This guy is the best, he even loaded the bios, and initialized a new had drive for me and set me up with all of the utilities I'd need to get started...

If you have any modding needs, I highly suggest giving this guy a call...

I am yet another satisfied customer...

Big Z is da man. I sent him my Xbox to get the dvd and hard drive replaced and replace the mod chip. He did an excellent job and set up the utilities that I needed. My Xbox runs better than it did when I first bought it.

I would recommend him to anyone that needs any Xbox work done.

I'm doing a "while you wait" service now for all my local customers that will come out my way.  If you come out here to Waldorf, I'll have your box modded in roughly 1 hour or less while you go to the mall, go eat or whatever.

biggrin.gif  I couldn't be happier. I decided to hike the drive of 135 miles to get it modded and it was great. I got home plugged it in and for three hours it was great. Then I changed the frame rate and couldn't figure out how to change it back  grr.gif. I ended up having to ship it off to him to fix it but it was a simple fix. I should be getting my box back on Tuesday and looking forward to it. I can not recommend him enough. If you live in the area this is the guy to go to.

I would defiinitely give him my highest reccomendation. I had a xbox 1.0 that i'd been trying to get modded for a few weeks, to the point where it was actually damaged, and he was able to take care of it in just an hour or so using an alternate method.

He was able to easily diagnose why my previous attempts to install a chip had failed, let me know  the options I had, and was still able to get it modded.

He is fast, reliable, upfront, and the service is well worth what he charges to get it all hooked up.

Thank you very much!

GREAT Work.
His timing was perfect. Took less than an hour. Z's professional and was on time. Nice guy to chat with if you ever get a chance to meet him personally as I did. Also gives you the full deal and stands behind his work.

Installed a Smartxx chip with ease and in no time with plenty of stuff(If I can ever figure how to use it uhh.gif )

I will be back with more work, from myself and I have 2 local friends. I'll contact you for another appointment.

HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED!!! and worth the 1hr 15 minute hike from Baltimore, MD

My goals this week:
Bigger HDD with Extender
Jewel
Skin (need to add some color)
Lights
LCD, if I can afford it

Seemed ok through correspondence so I arranged to have not only my xbox, but also three other friend's systems modded (one of the Xbox’s needed repaired). I was a little nervous cause I knew that if things didn't go right, my friends would be P.O.'d!

Everything went incredibly smooth. He fixed and modded the dead Xbox and modded the other three in about 2 1/2 hours. Explained everything. Answered all questions. Was very honest, fair and a pleasure to do business with. My friends and I are very happy and satisfied customers. Would highly recommend.

I'd like to announce my new webshop:

Leet-Gear.com

I'm moving from just doing local installs to providing service to all modding customers! Please place any future orders through the webshop instead of via email.  Detailed information is located in the Xbox Install Services and the Premod Packages sections.

Thanks to all my customers who supported me and gave me the ability to move on up.  I look forward to doing business in the future!

I contacted BigZ on Sunday night via email, he contacted me back EARLY Monday morning...  We corresponded via email once again where we exchanged numbers, called him 10 minutes later, and he said he could do it that night...   Went out to see him on Monday after work... get out to Waldorf at 8:10...  we rap a bit, I give him the box and he says "it'll be ready in an hour, head to the Mall, go have a drink, do something"...

I get to the Mall, park, walk around for like 10 minutes...  (30 minutes total)...  My phone rings, it's him...  "it's ready!"...    Huh??!!!  Already??  "yep"

THIS GUY IS GREAT!!!   I cannot sing his praises enough....  I got on it when I got home Monday for 4 hours, and was on it yesterday for another 5 hours...  works PERFECTLY...   I'm going to have to read more about it, because it looks like it does ALOT of stuff...  I LOVE IT!!

Thanks Z!!!

If I had to complain about anything, i'd say HE WORKS TOO DAM FAST!!  (I had my mouth set on getting that drink!  LOL)  but is that a complaint??   He's professional and does GREAT work...  I'd highly recommend him..

Thanks again!!  I will certainly be sending customers your way...

I'm gonna have to ask you to go through the website like everyone else, things are just too busy to for me now to offer anything but webshop sales.  Thanks for your interest and don't forget to enter the T-Shirt Contest!
