Hi

I can't find information about the dashboards version number after fall/dec update. I installed the offline package ($SystemUpdate_12-2007.zip) from CDR but my x360 can't play my xvid-files

Please tell me the kernel and dash versions installed through XBOX-LiVE.

Download latest dec07 system update, burnt to cdr, reboot console with disc in. It did the update the rebooted. after the xbox 360 logo it gave me a purple screen and said update failed. It now has dashboard kernel 6683. I think this is the latest. Any ideas why it would say update failed. is it for the divx part.
