Xbox Live Arcade Question. Purchasing A Game

If I have an xbox live silver account, and my girlfriend also has an xbox live silver account.. and I buy Geometry wars from Xbox Live Arcade..  Will she be able to log into her silver account and use the full version, or is the game tied to my account?  We are using the same Xbox360.

ie.  If I purchased under my live account, will she be able to play the full version and post her scores on her xbox silver account?
