the assets required to generate what you see as a "next gen"  look take a LONG time to produce and the production pipeline itself is new.

translation - it might take a while.

Bottom line on E3

MS showed you how far they were with the games right now on incomplete alpha kits. As with current games somme look  amazing, some look good, other do not.

Sony showed tech demos which by their very nature are designed to impress and what they'd like you to believe the machine can do
