Can you tell me how the hell do I know if my TV supports HD? To begin with, I have 2 of those standard outputs that Xbox/PS2 can use now (YELLOW - WHITE - RED), and I have 3 S-Video outputs + I have something similar to "YELLOW - WHITE - RED" thing that requires me to place 5 cables instead of 3.

Thos pics of the car are awesome, it looks so real. Its surprising how much technology can evolve during the space of a few years. If the latest wave of consoles have graphical power that good i wonder what the next wave will be like.

Also HDMI is backword compatable with all other formats through redily available adapters.  This is why would lead me to believe that this will be the form of connector found on the next xbox.

No way in hell are those pics from the X360. Where did you people get that from? Nowhere does it say it's for the X360, everyone is just assuming it.

your obviously biased, you have no clue what potentional the nvidia gpu there putting in has,and the cell isnt anything but hype if anything it will be equal to xbox2 processor or a pinch better but the x2 runs at higher resolution then 1024x768 so processor handles less graphics then it would if it was solely 640x480 tv standard(720p-1280x720 or something similar)

OMFG, fanboys.

edit: to be constructive, the only thing bothering me about those screenshots are the on-character soft shadows. They are a huge strain on todays high-end PC GPUs and unless the next gen puts in 2x the performance they might not happen. Of course all the other shadowing is probably just your regular pre-rendered lightmaps, only higher res.

Again, these are great screens but I haven't seen anything connecting this to the next generation of consoles....

All I can say is, that would be one hell of a GTA game!!  I was just playing Vice City then looked at these pictures and could only imagine what it would be like on Xbox 360.

I don't understand why people bother to fight over the specs of Xbox 360 and PS3, rather stupid neither of them are out yet so we never know. Time will tell!

I also hope the Xbox 360 is able to handle real world  psychics. Meaning, interacting with anything in the game. If you hit a person, the person will respond in a real way, if you are driving and hit a light pole and it falls.. It will create realistic damage to the ground and buildings near by. I just want games so realistic you can't tell  they are fake. That would be just amazing.

Im also wondering what Nintendo has going on. You don't hear much of the Revolution  but they say it will change gaming. Im a big Xbox fan, but Im very curious what Nintendo may roll out and surprise us with.
