Plain, lazy ass looking logo if it's the real deal, plus it's a major ripoff the Ubisoft logo, which makes me think it might be a fake, or not quite the finished product.

Exactly what the hell are you talking about? Neither company (MS or Sony) makes any games directly so the game play is left up entirely to the developers 2nd or 3rd party. The only video game company that still makes consoles and 1st party titles is Nintendo...
