Portable Xlink Kai

As far as I know you can just copy your C:\Program Files\Xlink Kai Evolution VII folder over to another computer and it'll work.  It doesn't install any files other than what is in that directory.

Kai can't run without admin access.

Yeah Kai installs a special device driver when it loads so it can listen for Xbox/PSP traffic.  If you don't have admin access, that driver can't load and the program won't run.
