I know you experienced people are probably getting tired of hearing this but.. I can't seem to port forward, I realize I think I tried everything...but there's that one step tht I am missing

My set up goes like this:

Computer to
D-link DI-604 to
Voice over the internet modem (which connect my computer and phone) to
Motorolla SURFboard Cable Modem

Before I add the Voip switch or modem, Kai worked great.. so I know it has something to do with that..

I went to portforward.com and created staticip address

IP 192.168.0.100
Mask 255.255.255.0
Gateway 192.168.0.1
DNS 60.69.224.10 and .11

I forwarded the VOIP to 192.168.0.100 - both - 30000
and the D-link 192.168.0.100 - both - 30000
I set up Kai to Intel® Pro/100 VE Network Conn - ANy IP - Port 30000 Deep - 0

It still tells me unreachable

Can you help??
