Xlink Kai Linux Livecd

I've had this idea for a while now, though i've yet to see it done.

A linux livecd that'd quickly boot up kaid on a terminal (with no desktop environment) would be the best. No gui would be needed since I can already control that using XBMC.

A way of easily installing the livecd to a harddrive would be an awesome feature as well.

I'd like to do it myself, but I don't know how to build a linux livecd :-/
