The folks at XBox Live won't let you play homebrew content on their service. So we've set up dedicated Mimesis arenas for Halo 2, Ghost Recon 2, Star Wars(info): Battlefront, and Rainbow Six: Black Arrow. Head over to www.projectmimesis.com and breathe new life into some classic XBox games!

Some new content has been released on Project Mimesis aswell:

This machine conversion from single player to multiplayer is absolutly stunning. Pyroman, did an excelent job with this mod even putting in the extra hours to support all of the game types! KOTH on this map is going to kick some serious butt. Enjoy!

Mimesis lets you easily download and install homebrew maps and other content for Halo 2, Rainbow Six: Black Arrow, and a handful of other games.  Everything runs on the XBox - check out their web site for full info on installation, etc.

This is excellent news Mimesis looks like an excellent program with huge potential. With new content surely everyone will start using it at one point it just needs a lot of content first. Xlink Kai supporting Mimesis maps will only increase the usage of Mimesis and is needed before Mimesis can become mainstream in this scene.
