What dashboard are you using? Why can't you just set it to receive an IP address from the DHCP server?

Set it to dynamic.

Thank you my friend. Now it would have probably taken me a couple of hours before figuring that out. Just goes to show that humans can still do dumb thing even when the answer is right in front of them.
