So to use voice in a game do I still have to buy a Live adapter or is there another way to do it....mod...hack???

well kai does have voice (teamspeak) built into it but you and the other person would have to use your pc / mic / speakers for that .. most people have the xbox headsets and you would not be able to talk to them .. u might be able to hear them through the speakers on your TV .. just buy a headset :]

Actually, I used to use the voice built into Kai. It worked for all the games I played but the sound comes out of the other people's speakers and was always lagged as much as 15 seconds. So it worked in all the games I played, but the live headset is waaaay better.

Just buy a headset it is much better and way less hassle.
