It sounds like a lot of good people won't be around after the transition.  I for one insist on no cheating when I host and I will kick for talking racist crap.  But I am not a popular guy and I don't know anybody so I'm not likely to get an invite.  There are probably lots of people in my position that won't get in. Instead of kicking everyone and inviting perceived cool people back just start chopping the heads of cheaters and racist assholes.  Ban them for life.

Here's my plea... I hate cheaters and racists!  My xtag is chelrob and I play as giggles.  So please, somebody make a note and give me an invite when judgement day comes.  I almost always host my own arena so you won't see me jumping around often.

I suggest a 2 tier system! smile.gif

First tier would be anyone can join and play cheaters and freaks and NICE people!

Second tier would be the Serious Gamer who doesn't cheat and acts in a socially responsible way!

Now, the Guys that are the NICE guys get invited into the 2nd tier by 2nd Tier Serious guy and if the New guy acts weird ... MOD gets email from other 2nd teir guy ... and MOD forwards email to the NEW guys sponser and new member.  If Serious Guy gets 3 emails from mod on people he brings in ... Serious Guy is kicked down to 1st tier!

Just a thought!

This way NEW people can join (life blood)  and the 2nd tier guys can play in both tiers and recruit new 2nd teir guys.  Maybe a Bonus or something for the guy who brings in 5 Good players.  So incentive to bring in NEW guys! smile.gif

to be honest, Although this system is a good idea I think wheather we have a system based on invites , or a two
tier sytem, it will reduce the traffic and mke halo 2 the only reliable game to join, this seems a shame as most
of the abusive behavior seems to be in halo2. I think that the best solution would be to use the new system only
in the halo2 areana, if that is possible. Most other games dont have communicator access so who cares what people
say that you can't hear. Also this may have a knock on effect of increasing the variaty of popular games.
