I agree 100% with you rake.

For the casual online gamer like myself, this sucks. I only know my local friends that I play on Kai with. So, I don't know anyone that would expect to sponsor me.

I guess I'll have to check out XBC.

yea I would have to agree.  I don't cheat and I don't have a headset either so I like to think that I am a responsable gamer however I don't know anyone other than my friend around here so how am I going join.  I think they should have it just the way it is now but instead have some of the moderators the ability to ban some of the ass-holes when they see them.

Why would anyone have a reason to ban me?  The thing that I meant was that you can be banned through other people, i.e. the people below you (the people you sponsor).   I just would be wary of sponsoring someone I didn't know (if I eventually became a member.)  And why would someone screw you if you sponsored them?  I dunno, why the hell do people cheat at online videogames?  Some people are just assholes, I guess.

I don't play with a local group, I am just a casual gamer, I play "pick up" Halo 2 games every-so-often.  How lazy can I get? I'm playing freakin' video games, sitting on my ass.  Yes I am lazy.

If I go out and buy 2 headsets, will that make me un-lazy?

Flook, look,  I agree that what they are aiming for is a great idea. I just wish there was a different way to do it.

what happenes if someone beats someone else, and the person who lost is a sore loser, he can ban the guy who beat em, so no one will beat anyone who is higher in rank

Nobody even said this is in place or even in development. It's just a thought at the moment, nothing more and nothing less.

Your concerns are not going to get noticed here, best off doing it in this thread: http://www.teamxlink...pic.php?t=13082
