does any one know if there will ever be a way to run a tunneling system with just a modded xbox and no computer?

These sorts of threads are made all the time.

XBox is not a multitasking system - how would it know who it should be tunnelling to when you're playing the game? Only solution is a BIOS based solution (which *may* be possible, but don't count on it happening).
