Can't Confirm Xlink

Sorry to be an ass if this has been answered, but I've google'd all i can and still can't find a solution. I get confirmation emails after registering and every time I click the link and get back to Xlink I get nothing but a blank page. No confirmation and no matter how many times i try I can't get logged on. Even tried a different tag with a work email and still no go. No responses from the folks (who I'm sure have better tins to do) at Xlink. Any ideas anyone?
