It says wait a while for a different mirror (which I have tried; I have waited for a couple days before trying this again) or try this http://www.teamxlink.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3733 I have tried doing what that page says but it still doesn't seem to work. The one thing though is that I couldn't get this file downloaded http://www.teamxlink.co.uk/binary/kaiLaunch.exe But I already had that in my Kai folder but maybe it is the wrong version. I don't know. I guess I will keep looking until I find something more or until one of you smarter people can help me out. Thanks.  ;)

EDIT: Yeah I just checked my kaiLaunch.exe and it is 7.0.2.5. Could that be my problem? Could someone check their version of kaiLaunch.exe and see what number they have. Maybe someone could send me that file also as I have no means to download it. Thanks. (I hope asking for that file isn't against board rules)

Alright well now it just goes disappers when I try to load it. I don't see the process running either. Am I supposed to delete everything in kaiSystemConfig.txt and paste in the stuff in  here or am I supposed to leave the stuff that was already in kaiSystemConfig.txt and just add the stuff from the other url in there?  :blink:

Don't double up the config file obviously..  Paste over it..  What I find, is sometimes kai doesn't manage to get everything downloaded, then I try again and it usually works..  I think my system ini is older than the one in the link as well, mine only has 4 mirrors..  
I do wish the launcher would automatically retry when it fails to load (especially since alot of ppl will be leaving their pc)..  I also wish that it counted the time since previous launch to avoid the system download when it just isn't necessary..  Granted I don't understand what the implications of somebody using an outdated engine on the system, but if ppl leave the engine running all day then they must run outdated engines for a short time atleast..  Its just annoying when I reopen the program after a crash and it wants to go through its spiel again..

Man, I finally got it. I don't know exactly what I did but it is working. Welp maybe TeamXLink should think about tidying up their installer once they're back from their break. Anywho thanks guys. See ya on the Link.  :)
