Have tried a bunch of different software firewalls now but noone seems to work...

Im seeking a firewall (freeware or not doesnt matter) that works with Xlink Kai. It should also work with Service Pack 2.

Any recommendations?

Choose any firewall you'd like, just allow all ports on 0.0.0.1.

I responded to your thread over on our official forums with the suggestion of Sygate Personal Firewall as I've also got the exact instructions written in a forum post somewhere (use the search, with author = dfunked).

In zonealarm Where do i go to allow 0.0.0.1 ??

Ive went to trusted zone >> custom and ticked any mention of UDP in high security but am unsure where to go to allow port 3000 & 0.0.0.1
