im sure your answers are either pinned here, or in the xlink kai help forums...
not too many people come in this area i dont think, so i would seek help on kai website.
else, try xbox connect... despite the fact that you have to be at your pc to find a game, it is pretty effiicient.
id rather use kai, buts its lack of people drove me away.

Reinstall winpcap, and give Kai a port on udp.

perhaps you should try Hosting a game instead of joining?

if everyone in the arena is trying to join games and no one is hosting, you'd definately not be able to play innit?
