I just downloaded Kai and I had just clicked on "Run" or whatever and I had restarted after installing that strange application it said I needed...
Anyways when it starts it displays the spalsh-screen and then brings up the console messanger thing or whatever but up in the top left hand corner it says something about looking for the Kai engine then at the same time it gives the usual illegal operation junk allot of applications give you, anyways I still don't understand what these mean for the most part...

I have tryed restarting and everything and also downloading "Xb connect 4" or whatever and running that and I get the same problem with the illegal operation thing. Any ideas on what's causing this, I am new to the whole online play scene so help would be apperciated.

Windows 98,
my NIC drivers are updated, don't think that would cause a conflict.
I'm running under Windows 98 se. I also tryed uninstalling WinPcap and reinstalling it and that did not help ethier. Anyone else got any suggestions?

I installed the application on a friends computer and it worked fine. I'm gonna reformat but thanks anyways.
